Changes at clubs and lounges

The safety and well-being of our customers and team members remains our highest priority. As coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact every corner of our world, we are temporarily closing and consolidating premium clubs and lounges to meet government rules.

The customer service desk at these Admirals Club® locations will remain open:

  • Charlotte (CLT) – Concourse C
  • Chicago (ORD) – Concourse H/K
  • Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) – Terminals A, C and D
  • London Heathrow (LHR) – Terminal 3
  • Los Angeles (LAX) – Terminal 4
  • Miami (MIA) – Gate D30
  • New York (JFK) – Gate 12 (Flagship Lounge with temporary Admirals Club service)
  • New York (LGA) – Concourse D
  • Philadelphia (PHL) – Terminal B and C
  • Phoenix (PHX) – Gates A7 and A19
  • Washington (DCA) – Terminal C

Club services like food and drinks, restrooms and shower facilities are temporarily discontinued.

We’re closely monitoring government policy changes, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and government mandates, and we’ll continue to make changes as necessary.
