1. Use the American app to check in and get your boarding pass. You can also check in on aa.com and choose 'Email with Mobile' option.
2. Check your email from your mobile device and follow the link to get your mobile boarding pass.
3. Save the boarding pass to your device for easy access at security and when you board.
4. Make sure the entire barcode is visible on the screen when you show it at security.

You can use your mobile boarding pass at most airports. Before you leave, check to see if your departure or connecting airports accept mobile boarding passes:
