Boarding process

When and how we board

We board our flights 30 - 50 minutes before scheduled departure. Boarding times depend on your destination and the type of plane. Check your boarding pass for your boarding time.

We shut the boarding door 10 minutes before departure, so be sure to be at your gate on time.

Boarding order

Check your boarding pass – you'll notice we have a new boarding process. We changed the group names but you’ll still board in the same order. Groups 1-4 will continue to board through the Priority lane.
